Yesterday was my birthday, but I still managed to pen another couple of pages in my current book project!

If I can do this, ANYONE can too!

If you truly want to write a book, just take pen to paper or whatever medium that you want to use, and start writing whatever pops into your mind. What you are trying to do here is just to get some words on the page.

When you do this, it is a START! That is critical because if you never start, you’ll obviously never get a book out there! Anything worthwhile always requires one to start! This goes for anything that we do.

This is just a quick post to motivate you to take that critical step and START!

I remember a quote that went something like this:

“The Journey of 1,000 miles begins with one small step!” This is analogous to starting writing that book! A simple paragraph can be one heck of a start to build on!

manuscript

Once that paragraph is started, it becomes the foundation for your future book.

Even just a few words added to this daily will eventually net you a good manuscript!

When you finally have that manuscript done, that is when the real work truly begins! This, of course, is the editing and proofreading, which can definitely be time consuming and sometimes nerve-wracking, as well.

In the end, though, it will be very rewarding!

Think about this, and until then, KEEP WRITING!
