The feeling of creativity can be so freeing.
This is one of the reasons that I write daily! I always do at least ONE Blog post daily on the Affiliate Marketing learning platform that I have been a member of for almost five years, Wealthy Affiliate.
Even those of you who might keep a daily journal of some sort are actually doing writing! Pouring out those thoughts in a journal can be very therapeutic and very valuable later on–material-wise!
Whatever method of writing that one chooses to do doesn’t matter. As long as some form of writing is being done every day, a habit is being formed. That newly-formed habit will be integral to eventually becoming an author! The more writing that you can do, the more experience and comfort level that you will get, and before you know it, it will become quite natural! (ie. that habit that I mentioned)
I have mentioned in other posts that I always carry a pen and a pad to capture ideas that come to me during my daily travels on the job as a locksmith.
When I am back in the office, I type and refine these thoughts into a running word document so that there is a concise record of the material that I am building for future books that I plan to write.
Any method that works for an aspiring author that is palatable to them is quite sufficient. There is no one-size-fits-all method. Whatever works for each individual is key! We are trying to build that comfort-zone in our writing.
As the title of this post says, writing can truly be a massive stress reliever. You can get those thoughts out of your mind and quickly down on paper! It truly can be quite relaxing and in a way does make you feel relieved, and dare I say? YOUNG AGAIN!
When you are an aspiring author and you have the drive, in order to keep that drive, you should always be writing. When you become a prolific author, this will become second nature!
Once this habit of daily writing is thoroughly engrained in your daily routine, you will be astounded at what you can accomplish! When we find something that works for each one of us, as individuals, then we need to continue doing it, and then each day simply rinse and repeat!
Keep writing!
