These sorts of days are good for writing, in my opinion. It just makes perfect sense. Especially when it snows, for me it sets the tone to write. I am certain that many of you might feel the same way!
Doing that makes me feel like I am making the most of my time. Any time that we write even a few words moves us forward to our ultimate goal! A completed literary work, and then we are all bona-fide authors!
Stop for a minute, and just think about that! Finish a work, and then just like that you are, in fact, an author! If nothing else, just that fact should motivate you to continue moving forward, and therefore, allotting more time to this Grand endeavor!
When you stop for a moment and just think about that, you will realize that it is truly exciting and motivating!
Since our Time is Limited, We should Make The Best use of Bad Weather to Be Our Writing Muse!
When Bad weather comes, we are stuck inside. If we are bloggers, we blog, and if we want to be Authors, then we write.
We should turn off the TV, get rid of any other distractions and get down to work with even more writing! When we do this, we will get more motivated as we move forward in that writing.
Time is scarce, but if we can escape from all the distractions, perhaps what WE write will ultimately succeed!
It took me 25 years of being in business, and a tragic accident that cause me to lose over half of my right foot back in 2015, to get me off my duff and write, since it would be a while before I could get back to my physical business!
I definitely made the most of that time, and even after I was able to return to my work, I kept going. The motivation fire had been lit!
This was my proudest accomplishment. I am even working on the sequel series the the Bermuda’s Secret series, as well! More marketing is needed to help it along, but I am not too worried about that.
We always need to keep our eyes on the prize! At the end of the day, that is all that it takes! In fact, I can sum it up even better: Patience, Perseverance, and Persistence!
That is all for now, but I hope that I have given you all something to think about going forward! The TIME is NOW!
Until next time, KEEP WRITING!
