The importance of book reviews

Even after over five years of publishing books on Amazon’s Kindle Direct Publising platform, I cannot stress the importance of getting book reviews to advance your success! Even if they are bad ones, those are still relevant!

My first organic–and bad–book review a few years ago generated an additional 17 sales of the book! Wow! Who knew?

My point is that a book review is critical in propelling your success to newer heights. Good or bad, these reviews can increase your sales and exposure.

Get your book out there!

If you are an aspiring author, simply get your book out there to be seen! Good or bad, you have established yourself as an author! With Amazon’s KDP, you can always go back and edit a manuscript while it is live, and resubmit if there were changes that you needed to make.

It is my understanding that the current manuscript remains live while your modified manuscript is being assessed, so there is no gap in time that your book is not live! Don’t suffer from Paralysis by Analysis. and thus never getting your book out there! If you do this, you will never get your book published! There is no such thing as perfection!
