The outline is essentially done, and the research has been accomplished. The only thing still needing to be done aside from writing it, is to give it the correct feel, since this is a true incident that provided me untold amounts of grief for approximately 4+ months–all, as it turned out, unnecessary!

Why Am I Waiting?

There are myriad reasons for this:

• The Computer that I use to write with works better when the fall and winter arrives.
• My time is also freer at this same time, save for the holidays
• The weather will be more unpleasant to be out in.
• Being self-employed, much of my physical work slows down at this time.

There you have it, I could have extended the list above, but you get the idea.

As Authors, We Must Do What Works Best For Us. Many Authors Will Have Different Ways of Dealing With This, and That Is Okay!

I have written quite a few books during this time period of the year with no issues.

A mere two of them are listed above. There are about five more, including some of the volumes of my Bermuda’s Secret Series, which is my flagship series.

The Great thing is that when we are Authors, we are also essentially self-employed, unless, of course, we are under contract with a publisher.

Short And Sweet, If We Are Self-Publishing Authors, Then We Have a Lot Of Leeway Concerning Our Writing Schedules!

Let’s use that advantage to the fullest!

We never know what opportunities might be just around the corner!
